Compassion and Trauma with Judith Richards was held Sunday September 15, 5pm in Clifton Hill.

Trauma is not so much what happens to us, it’s what happens inside us – and being alone in that. Compassion is the bridge to the traumatised person, and to the traumatised self.

Judith spoke about the history and key principles of this therapy, and its genesis in the human capacity for compassion.
