The Centre for a Compassionate Society engages in various actions.

• Since August 2018 the Centre for a Compassionate Society has been writing a weekly letter to the Australian Prime Minister and relevant ministers regarding the ongoing detention of refugees.
• The Freedom Cage. A protest action in support of refugees.
